Welcome to “Gift in a Moment”. Use of the site and delivery services is subject to the following terms. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms and of the Privacy, Shipping & Delivery, Cancellation and Refund policies.
General
The site offers gift boxes and physical products for delivery within the business’s service areas. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Products & Services
The site sells physical gift boxes and products for delivery. Same-day delivery is possible subject to the daily cutoff time, delivery area, stock availability and operational availability. Each product’s details, price and availability are shown on its product page.
Orders & Pricing
Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. We may update prices and stock at any time. The binding price is the one shown at order confirmation.
Payment & Order Confirmation
After placing the order the customer receives a secure payment link. The order is confirmed and enters preparation only after payment is approved. Until then it is “awaiting payment” and is not a commitment to deliver.
Photos are for illustration only
Product photos are for illustration only. There may be minor differences between the photo and the delivered box, including packaging, arrangement, colors, ribbons, decorations, brands, size, or product availability.
Changes and substitutions
We make reasonable efforts to provide the box as described, but may replace a product with a similar or equivalent one due to stock, supplier availability, seasonality, delivery constraints or operational reasons, while keeping the box’s nature and value.
Allergies and sensitivities
Some boxes may include food such as chocolate, sweets, nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, sesame, eggs, peanuts, alcohol or other allergens. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the box suits the recipient (allergies, sensitivities, medical/dietary restrictions, pregnancy, age, kosher requirements, etc.). If in doubt, contact us before ordering. We are not responsible for harm caused by failure to provide allergy/dietary information before ordering.
Kosher status
If a product is marked kosher, this is based on the manufacturer/supplier labeling. The business does not grant kosher certification. Customers needing a specific standard should contact us before ordering.
Alcohol / age 18+
If a box includes wine or alcohol, purchase and delivery are for ages 18+ only. We may require age verification at delivery and may refuse to deliver alcohol to a minor.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping & Delivery Policy (see that page), including delivery areas, cutoff time, fees, and dependence on payment confirmation.
Incorrect details / recipient unavailable
The customer is responsible for accurate delivery details (address, recipient name, phone, notes). If delivery fails due to wrong details, recipient unavailability, an inaccessible address or missing info, we may charge an additional delivery fee for another attempt, subject to law.
Greeting card text
The customer is responsible for the greeting text (names, dates, spelling, content). We are not responsible for mistakes entered by the customer and may refuse offensive, illegal, threatening, racist, sexual, harassing or inappropriate content.
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are detailed on the “Cancellation Policy” and “Refund Policy” pages, all subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations.
Liability
We do our best to provide a quality product on time. Subject to law, our liability is limited to the order value. Nothing here derogates from consumer rights under any law.
Law & jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Contacting us first helps resolve any dispute by agreement.
