Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds are issued, subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations.
How Refunds Are Issued
An approved refund is issued to the original payment method, subject to law and the payment provider’s policy.
Cancellation Fees
For a cancellation not due to a defect or non-conformity, the business may charge the cancellation fee set by law (about 5% of the transaction price or ₪100, whichever is lower), all subject to the Consumer Protection Law and its regulations.
Defective, Wrong or Undelivered Product
For a defect, a product not matching the order, or non-delivery due to the business — we’ll offer, at the consumer’s choice and subject to law, a replacement, rescheduling, or a refund.
Perishable Products
Boxes containing fresh food or perishables cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, except for a defect or non-conformity, all subject to law.
