Cancellation Policy
This policy is subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations. Nothing here derogates from consumer rights under any law.
Right to Cancel
A consumer may cancel a transaction in accordance with and subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and its regulations, including the time limits and conditions set by law for distance-selling transactions.
How to Cancel
To cancel, contact us by phone, WhatsApp or email listed on the “Contact” page, stating your full name and order number. We’ll handle it promptly.
Legal Exceptions
By law, the right to cancel may not apply to, among others, perishable goods, products made or assembled specifically for the consumer, and food products. Because some boxes include food, perishables or custom-assembled items, cancellation may not be possible once preparation has started, dedicated products were purchased, or after delivery — all subject to law.
Cancellation by the Business
We may cancel an order due to lack of stock, a pricing error or an operational constraint; in that case the amount paid for the cancelled order is refunded, subject to law.
Refunds
How refunds are issued is detailed on the “Refund Policy” page.
