Cancellation policy in accordance with consumer protection law.
Order Cancellation
An order may be cancelled before it leaves for delivery. Once dispatched it cannot be cancelled due to the nature of the product.
Perishable Items
Boxes containing fresh food cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Refunds
For an approved cancellation, the refund is issued to the original payment method.
